Shipping policy


ORDER
Each piece is custom made to order. Once an order is placed we start the production process and we will try to ship your order within 1-2 weeks. Please notify us if you still have not received your purchase after 2 weeks at contact@likyaatelier.com.. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Any damage needs to be reported within two days accompanied by detailed description of damage and photo’s. All international shipments are sent with a delivery confirmation and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of lost items. Please note: Once we have received your payment, we will start making your relief(s) for you. 


RETURN & REFUND
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@likyaatelier.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. You can always contact us for any return question at contact@likyaatelier.com.

 

UNDELIVERED ORDERS
You will be responsible to cover a second delivery attempt if you forget to pick up your package in time or your package is returned to us because of an incorrect delivery address. If you refuse to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to us. If you wish a refund, you will still need to notify us. In this case, shipping costs or other fees will not be returned.

 

EXCHANGE
We only replace items if they are detective or damaged.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please document all damages, including the outside packaging and include them in the email to us. Without images of both product and packaging, we will not be able to issue a refund or replace your product.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
